Wednesday-Friday July 10-13, 2024

The retreat will include an exploration of self in art therapy about our internal family systems, relaxing moments for movement and outdoor activities like hiking, and a cultural tour. Connecting with other people in a calm and fun environment with options for reflection: journal, walk the Labyrinth, and reflect on your path.
The price is $1,000 including lodging and all meals! Just an incredible price. For local participants who do not need accommodations, the price is $400 meals included.  A Bring a Friend Discount of $50 each.

Cost includes:

• Transportation from the airport
• Meals for each day of the retreat
• Accommodations at a beautiful retreat center
• Activity guide- yoga/movement daily, outdoor exploring of the region, and meditation
• Art therapy 
• A writing/drawing journal

* Participants are encouraged to bring art supplies as well.
