I welcome you to retreat to create, deepen self awareness, and connect with others. Join me, Erin Frei, an art therapist and a group of creative, thoughtful women for Art Therapy, yoga, meals and restful time on your own in Cody, Wyoming, an 1 hour east of Yellowstone, at St. Thomas Apostle Center.

As an art therapist, I've noticed the proximity to our laptops, traffic, and busy lifestyles curbs the connection to ourselves and the Earth. We connect to our creative, grounded energy with regular practices of creativity and rest, and time outside. In creativity workshops, artists synergetically gain new insights, creativity, and healing in life.
